Low salt light CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

Hello I have a RJ45+ unit and getting the low salt LED. I had my salt level checked and they are seeing 4800 which is way high. What could be causing the low salt reading? Thanks

If your CircuPool RJ PLUS Series Salt Chlorinator is displaying a solid Low Salt light you will want to first verify the salinity of the pool, ideally with two independent tests. If the salinity tests over the minimum range, then confirm that within the System Menu, that the indicated cell type is consistent with the actual cell. If salinity is low or the cell type is incorrect, then remedy the situation. If the cell type and salinity are correct, then please call our Technical Support team at (866) 766-5243.
