Sometimes that happens after reconnecting the cell and it does not connect just right. I am attaching some instructions for you just to be sure it's connected properly. If this does not fix the issue please call our tech support team @ 888-206-9938 and have the serial number ready so we can set you up with the appropriate fix. The serial number will be on the right hand side of that control module.
