If you are receiving a "Cell Connection" message from your CircuPool RJ PLUS Series Salt Chlorinator that is, indeed, a problem with the cell connection and its communication with the control module. If you are getting that message, call us straightaway and we can assist you in solving the problem.

The classic indication that the salt cell from your CircuPool RJ PLUS Series Salt Chlorinator is going bad is when you begin getting Check Cell and Low Salt warnings in tandem and the salt level is not low and cell cleaning fails to clear the Check Cell warning.
