Sometimes that happens after reconnecting the cell and it does not connect just right. I am attaching some instructions for you just to be sure it's connected properly.
If this does not fix the issue please call our tech support team @ 888-206-9938 and have the serial number ready so we can set you up with the appropriate fix and apply any existing/remaining warranty. The serial number will be on the right hand side of that control module.
