Screen is frozen with "cell connection " error message. It won't turn off by pushing the button. Warranty coverage? CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

After starting the system up for summer, there is an error message reading" cell connection" It is connected the same as last year when it was new. I can't turn the system off and on by pushing the off/on button. When pushed nothing happens. None of the other buttons react when pushed either. The machine was installed new last summer and was only used for maybe two months. Is this a warranty replacement covered item?

Sometimes that happens after reconnecting the cell and it does not connect just right. I am attaching some instructions for you just to be sure it's connected properly.
If this does not fix the issue please call our tech support team @ 888-206-9938 and have the serial number ready so we can set you up with the appropriate fix and apply any existing/remaining warranty. The serial number will be on the right hand side of that control module.
