Without knowing more, this will either be a situation where the "snowflake" button has been pushed and the unit won't turn up past 1/2 power, or the keypad is failing and other settings can't be changed. Try pressing the snowflake button and see if that restores full function. If there is no change then you will need to call us weekdays at (888) 206-9938 between 9-4:30 Central for assistance with a new keypad..
