My RJ45 control module shows cell volts 12.2 cell Amps 0.00A, power is set at MAX. Salinity shows Average:0000 CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

I am having a lot of issue so here is the readouts Salinity button: Says Average:0000 Power: MAX Cell amps 0.00 A Cell volts 12.2.. Generator light is always on . Multiple visits to test water paying for chlorine Ph down stabilizer and algaecide.

On a CircuPool RJ PLUS Series Salt Chlorinator, if you are getting a voltage reading from the teens down close to 10, it's an indication on a new installation that the unit is receiving 110/120 but is still configured for 220/240. Refer to page 18 of the owners manual to remedy this issue.
