I have an issue with the RJ 45. I powers up and stops at cell connection. We haven't had any issues since July 2022 when it was purchased. Tis just suddenly happened and we haven't had any power surges. Please advise on the next steps???

I am attaching some instructions for you just to be sure it's connected properly which is usually the problem. If this does not fix the issue please call our tech support team @ 888-206-9938 and have the serial number ready so we can set you up with the appropriate fix. The serial number will be on the right hand side of that control module.
