no power on unit CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

RJ 30, purchased May 2016, Serial # 33009. Super content with the unit, have used CircuPool units for about 15 years -- great service from the company and almost no issues with the units. Recently the unit shut down and isn't working. No power indications on unit, power button doesn't turn on. Checked the incoming electrical connection and there is 120V on the line, but no lights on the control panel. Is there an internal fuse or circuit breaker in the RJ unit that can be reset or replaced, or will I have to replace the control panel/board or......?

With your old RJ Classic model salt chlorinator, there will either be a reset button on the bottom of the control module or on others, there will be a glass fuse inside the control module. Check for which you have and whether the reset or the fuse change restores power. If neither restores power, simply call us weekdays at (888) 206-9938 between 9-4:30 Central and a member of our technical support team will assist you from there.
