no flow light CircuPool Universal Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

I bought a Circupool Universal 40 salt cell on My 17 2023. At the end of last season and all this season I have been getting a no flow light. I have removed the switch several times and depressed the lever. When i do this the light sometimes blinks and then goes out, sometimes it stays lit. In both cases i have verified that i do in fact have water flow. Is this evidence of a switch going bad? Is this switch under warranty? Could there be some other problem with the cell?

If your No Flow light stays lit on your CircuPool Universal or RJ Plus Series Salt Chlorinator when manually testing the switch, then it needs to be replaced. Flow Switches are covered under warranty so simply call us weekdays at (888) 206-9938 between 9-4:30 Central and a member of our technical support team will assist you.
