It's fortunate that you mentioned the water temperature reading, which takes precedence and needs to be resolved first. Follow the video instructions carefully, and the water temperature should indicate 77 degrees. I've also attached written instructions for further clarity.
Once you've made this change, please note the serial number of the system and then call us at (888) 206-9938. If everything is working except for reporting 77-degree water, our team can assist you in obtaining a Temperature/Flow Switch under warranty and/or troubleshooting any remaining issues. For future reference, when using the CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators, if you wish to take readings from the Menu, temporarily raise the output to "Power Max" and wait a minute or two to ensure the unit is not in a "rest phase." At anything less than 100% output, the Menu may indicate 0 amps and 0000 salinity simply because the system is not generating chlorine at that particular moment.
