We're sorry to hear that you're having these problems. Since you already confirmed that good power is reaching the unit and that the Fuse Reset has not triggered the next step is to cut power and remove the CM from the wall. Disconnect the cell and remove the screws on the back. Upon opening the CM, you will spot a 15 amp automotive-style, blade fuse which should be replaced. Close up the CM and with the cell still disconnected, restore power to the CM. If the CM won’t power up or a fuse blows, then call Technical Support. If the unit powers up and stays on, then turn it off and reconnect the cell. Power the unit back on and allow it to operate for several minutes. If the power kicks off, then call Technical Support. Technical Support is available weekdays at (888) 206-9938 between 9-4:30 Central.
