If you have cleaned the cell for the full period as specified in the manual, clean the cell one more time and if at that point you still have the light, then call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 (CST) or Fri: 9-3pm (CST) and a member of our technical support team will assist you.
