Absent any warning lights, the first thing to do if you see 0 amps and 0 Salinity, is to temporarily turn the power level all the way up to Power Max. This will eliminate any possibility the system was in a "rest" phase.
After giving the unit a minute, recheck the Menu to see what shows up for Voltage, Amps, and Salinity. Your Voltage should be in the 20s and you should now see Amps and Salinity readings. The power level can be reset to the usual position.
If you still saw no amperage or salinity, or if the voltage was low, please call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3pm Central and a member of our support team will assist you from there.
