CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources
RJ PLUS Series
I have 2 RJ-60 units in series. Unit 2 works great. Unit 1's 1. power light doesn't come on 2. The Generate light flickers, is not solid. 3. When I press the increase button, it displayed the error code eNo. Now mPo is the error. We just recently descaled both units, I checked the flow switch, it seems to be working with no obstructions. My next step is to try descaling again, but there were no issues before descaling to indicate a problem. Do you have any recommendations?

A high temperature message on a CircuPool RJ-PLUS series salt chlorinator suggests a failed temperature sensor. Clean the cell first to see if it clears the message. If not, follow the attached instructions to reroute the temperature reading to the flow switch and that will allow the chlorinator to begin operating again. In order to complete the repair, it is important that you call our technical support team at (888) 206-9938 and they will assist you with a warranty claim for a new Temperature/Flow Switch.
