Temp of water is at 148 deg F, but water is at 60 deg F CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

Temp of water is at 148 deg F, but water is at 60 deg F realtime. Also cell volts is 28 volts +/- ,, But cell amps is 0.00 and cell has been cleaned. Chemical levels are good. Chlorine levels go down slowly and have to add chlorine manually.

A high temperature message on a CircuPool RJ-PLUS series salt chlorinator suggests a failed temperature sensor. Clean the cell first to see if it clears the message. If not, follow the attached instructions to reroute the temperature reading to the flow switch and that will allow the chlorinator to begin operating again. In order to complete the repair, it is important that you call our technical support team at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3pm Central and they will assist you with a warranty claim for a new Temperature/Flow Switch.
