If your CircuPool RJ PLUS Series Salt Chlorinator will not power on, first confirm that it is receiving good power to the control module. Assuming that it is, check the following two items:
a. The fuse reset button may have tripped. This is the Control Module's built-in circuit breaker located on the bottom of the Control Module between the two cables in the aluminum base. If it has tripped, the button will affirmatively click when pressed in.
then, b. The fuse may have blown and needs to be replaced. The 15 AMP automotive-style, blade fuse is available at any electronics or auto parts store. The fuse is located inside the Control Module on the upper right-hand side of the main power circuit board.
If none of this seems to be the cause, then call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3pm Central and a member of our support team will assist you.
