Since you have an Intermatic timer that runs your pump, I would recommend allowing it to also govern the operation of your salt chlorinator and allow the timer and your flow switch to protect your chlorinator.
Is it safe to keep control module powered up if pool pump is off(no water flow)? RJ PLUS Series
I have a newly installed RJ+60. My pool pump is on a mechanical Intermatic timer set to run 12 hours a night. Is it okay to keep the RJ+60 control module powered up and "on" without water flow over the meter?
