As this is a brand new install, you will want to review the installation verifying that you are connected to a live breaker, socket, or relay and that good power is reaching the control module. However, first press the reset button on the bottom of the control module which will affirmatively "click" if a reset was needed.
At this point, you should call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3PM Central and a member of our support team will assist you.
Should you wish to proceed on your own first, you can remove power from the control module(CM), disconnect the cell before taking it off the wall, and then open it by removing the screws on the back of the CM. On previously operating units, the focus is on checking the 15 amp blade-style fuse. Certainly check the condition of the fuse, but in this circumstance you will want to inspect the unit for any loose connections, particularly the white ribbon cables. Absent a bad fuse or loose connection that solves the problem, you will need to call us for support.
