The CircuPool RJ PLUS Series of Salt Chlorinators requires a minimum waterflow of 25-30 gpm in order to trigger the flow switch and generate chlorine. From the standpoint of generating chlorine, there is no maximum figure, but care should be taken that the flow rate does not exceed any maximum associated with your filter.
