We're sorry to hear that you're having this problem. The first step is to reverse ends on the cell and reconnect. Turn the system back on and see whether the leak stopped, remained as it was, or if it now leaks on the outflow end. If you have a winter/bypass cell, you can also test whether the leak persists with it in place.
