Cell Output CircuPool® RJ-45 PLUS Salt Chlorine Generator RJ PLUS Series

My RJ 45 cell when running only produces chlorine gas on one half of the cell where the water exits the plastic housing?
Should the entire end area of the cell be producing chlorine?

The cell works by passing current through multiple plates, and depending on flow, polarity, and how the current distributes, you may see more visible gas production on one side or section. The system will automatically change polarity cycles which is every other blade is working together to produce the chlorine.
