I have an RJ-45 salt Chlorinator. It is currently wired to a timer that also has a hayward single speed 1 hp super pump. I want to relace this with a variable speed pump, how can i accomplish this with the chlorinator, if i bypass the timer so that the pump has power full time the RJ-45 will also on full time. is there a way to wire both to the same input so that t he FJ-45 only works when the pump is on and at a certain rpm? Also i have a 14k in ground pool what CircuPool VS pump would you recooment

There isn't a single exact RPM where a flow switch will stop working, because it depends on your pump, plumbing and pipe size. Flow switches respond to water flow (GPM) not RPM.
When it comes to operating the RJ45 when water is detected by the flow switch will turn on chlorine production. If the pump has power full time the switch will also cause the system to produce chlorine. The best way is to put a timer on the RJ45 to turn off production while the pump runs 24/7.
