I have no idea what "cutting houses" is - cutting hoses? - but you can convert to salt chlorination with some re-plumbing and dramatically reducing or eliminating the copper level in your water from the PermaSalt system. You will also need substantially more salt in your water than what the PermaSalt system uses.
