This sounds like you may have an intermittent flow problem. I would try increasing the pump speed if you have a variable speed pump to see if that keeps the no flow light from coming on. Also, you can turn the pump off and unscrew the flow switch out of the housing to see maybe if you have any debris that is caught on the flow switch itself. Work the lever back and forth by hand a few times and then reinstall it making sure the arrow is pointed straight towards the direction of water flow in the pipe going back to the pool. If that doesn't fix it please call us for further troubleshooting.
