Salt Cell is cracked and leaking in several places. CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

Hello, my salt cell is cracked and leaking in several places. Is it possible to replace the cell housing, or does it all need to be replaced? Also, is it possible this might be covered under warranty? I’m unsure of the age of this unit, as it was installed by previous home owner. Exploring some options together it working better!

A cracked salt cell is typically caused by damage or freezing water and is generally not covered under warranty. If you believe this is a manufacturer defect please call us to discuss and we can get some photos from you to investigate. Unfortunately, if it is an RJ Plus model you will need to replace the complete cell as the cell plates and housing are molded together.
