The reset button on the bottom is the right first step, but if that hasn't made a difference, then remove power from the control module(CM), disconnect the cell before taking it off the wall, and then open it by removing the screws on the back of the CM.
The focus is on checking the 15 amp blade-style fuse. Check the condition of the fuse, replacing it if blown.
Reapply power and, if successful, power off, plug in the cell, reapply power.
If you lose power, contact us reporting at what stage it failed to hold power.
