My brand new RJ45+ is shutting off because of a wrong temp reading what do I do? CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

One week old, worked fine first 5-6 days. Temp reading on unit is displays 35 degrees and actual temp is 80. Unit stops generating because of the low temperature.

We're sorry to hear that you've had such an early problem. However, this is an easily managed situation. Follow the procedure on the attachment and you'll be producing chlorine again in. Once completed, toggle through the menu until you see the temperature now being reported. If it reads 25 or 77 - Celsius or Fahrenheit - then you will need to call us at (888) 206-9938 Mon-Thu: 9-4:30 or Fri: 9-3PM Central and a member of our support team will assist you. Otherwise, you are done.
