RJ60+ — Temp High Error, Internal Fan Not Running Parts & Accessories
Hello,
My CircuPool RJ60+ control box is stuck on a “Temp High” overheat message, which is blocking all other functions on the display.
Troubleshooting done so far:
•Full power cycle at the breaker — no change, error persists.
•Checked the internal control box fan — it is not spinning at all.
This points to a failed internal cooling fan causing the board to overheat under load. Can you confirm this is the likely cause, and let me know:
1.Whether I can purchase/install a replacement fan myself, and the correct part number.
2.Whether this is covered under warranty (please advise what info you need from me — purchase date, serial number, etc.).
