I have a problem with controller not working . I have called many times but cannot get to a person. what do I do? CircuPool EDGE Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources EDGE Series

I am getting power to the controller but no power out of the unit to the salt cell. I didnt want to open the unit until i spoke to someone but keep getting put on hold with never an answer. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can figure out how to get my pool system working again
