The CORE’s temperature sensor is built in to its cell electrode (see location in the diagram on page 5 of the manual). Disassemble the unit, make sure the temperature sensor is undamaged and free of any mineral scaling; ensure the male/female electrical connection ports on the top of the cell and on the underside of the controller are free of corrosion or damage. If you are still getting the warning light after checking these issues and confirming the actual water temperature is in range, please contact our support team.
