No, the CircuPool EDGE series does not come with a plug. However, an off-the-shelf plug can be bought at the hardware store and added to its power cable. The CircuPool EDGE series, including the EDGE25, can automatically accept both 110V and 220V power sources. This means you once you add a plug, no additional action is needed inside of its control module to re-wire or convert its internal voltage.
