If the salt cell in your CircuPool CORE35 is stuck, there may be excessive friction. Try gently wiggling it back and forth while pulling to loosen it. If it still doesn't budge, ensure that there are no obstructions or debris in the housing that might be causing the cell to stick. You can attempt to slide a flat-head xxxx driver between the lip of the cell and the top of the clear plastic housing to use a small amount of leverage to overcome the initial amount of friction.
