The CircuPool SJ-20 Salt Chlorine Generator is designed for pools up to 20,000 gallons, so it should have more then enough capacity for your 7,500-gallon pool. However, in terms of fitting in to place where your existing salt chlorinator is, it would not use your old system's fittings and would instead need to be plumbed in its place.
