The control board is included in the CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series 7-year limited warranty. If you contact our support team, we can help you determine what the issue might be as well as the best approach to resolving the problem. We can also help you determine your purchase date and if you still fall within your warranty, and what costs if any may be involved according the the warranty's prorated schedule.
Based on your description of the issue, you may simply need a keypad if you are pressing buttons but no changes occur.
