Ensure that you have turned the system off and back on since the Low Salt warning light first triggered - otherwise you might still just have that initial warning being displayed. If the system does get cycled off/on every day like normal, and you continue to get the Low Salt light everyday then these would be the next steps. You will need to double check the actual salinity, as a handheld water tester is very possible to not have provided accurate results, especially if it was tested within 24-48 hours of adding the salt. Ensure your water has been tested for salinity with titration drops, which is the way to be sure at this point what the actual salinity is. If for some reason this is not possible, take a sample of your water to at least two other companies to ensure accurate electronic salinity readings. Also, for a "sanity check", confirm how much salt was added to your pool; ensure that it was 30lbs for every 1,000 gallons of pool water. If however there was a time after the initial install that you did not get the Low Salt light, then it is possible that the cell may need to be cleaned. A cell should not need cleaning so quickly, but it is possible if the water's Saturation Index level (LSI) is out of balance. For troubleshooting purposes, it would be worth cleaning the cell according to the instructions in the manual to eliminate any chance of it playing a role in the salinity reading. RJ models require no calibration assuming that the temperature reading that you see in the diagnostic menu is reading accurately. If for some reason the issue remains after addressing these factors, please call or create a ticket online so our support team can assist you further, and be sure to note the steps you have taken.
