4-year old RJ-30 cell with hard Cell Not Match message CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

I have a hard Cell Not Match message on my screen. The cell is clean, dated July 2022. I have disconnected and reconnected the cable several times, checked the pins for damage and found none. Opened up the unit to check for corrosion and found none. The RJN-PCB-Adapter-30N RJN PCB-Cell Adapter mod was done in October of 2024 without issues. Of note: the front panel is not responding to any other inputs, none of the other buttons are working. The pool is green, so no chlorine is being produced. Dead cell?? What about the front panel not responding?

Typically, the 'Cell No Match' or 'Cell Connection' message on the display indicates that the system does not recognize that the RJ salt cell is connected. There is a dedicated troubleshooting guide for your RJ cell connection to help resolve the issue, available on the RJ support page. If after checking those items, the error message isn't able to get cleared, please contact our support team so we can assist you further. If the error message is on the screen, the controller keypad won't accept any input.
