The first things to check is if any warning light or error message is on the screen, or if boost mode or winter mode is active.
If an error is present, you might not be able to use they keypad in some instances. Also , if one its modes are active, you might not be able to change its power level; for example, if winter mode is on then you are unable to turn it up past 50%.
If however you are saying that the output setting happens to be literally stuck, and you can not use either the plus or minus button to change the setting, and no errors are present and no modes are active, this would be atypical and indicate that those buttons on the keypad are damaged. In this case the keypad would likely need to be replaced (keypad replacement instructions). If you would like additional assistance, please feel free to reach out for support team.
