The RJ series models come with unterminated wires for hardwiring into the main power. They come preconfigured to accept 240V. However, you can configure it to accept 120V and you can add a plug (an off-the-shelf part at the hardware store) to the end of its cable, which would allow it to be plugged in to a weather-safe GFCI outlet nearby.
