My circu pool RJ45 shows 12v and 0.0amps on display salt is at 3400pp when checked at pool store CircuPool RJ-PLUS Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources RJ PLUS Series

only chlorine is when shock or chlorine Tabs are added display shows average on salinity scale not producing /generating chlorine what gives ????

If after a minute of turning the unit on, your CircuPool RJ shows 10-15V and its voltage never increases past that point to the normal range of 20-30V, this means that the Control Module is being provided 120V power while being internally configured to accept 240V power (which is the default configuration). Until the unit is properly configured for power, it is not generating any chlorine and is idle. See pages 16-17 in the RJ manual for more information about wiring, and please reach out to customer support if you need additional guidance.
