If you are hitting the "salinity" button and your salt level reading is not showing, it could mean that the button is damaged and the keypad needs to be replaced. Our support team might ask follow up questions such as - do all other buttons seem to work? And, if you hit the menu button, do you see the realtime salinity reading in the diagnostics? Are any warning lights on? If yes, there may be other issues instead which are preventing power from going through the cell which may eventually result in a "0000" salinity reading. You can contact our support team or view the RJ troubleshooting guide, and my want to cover some bases such as independently measuring your pool's salinity level to make sure it is in the 3000-4000ppm range, clean the cell to ensure mineral scaling is not affecting your cell, and investigating how all of the buttons are working on the keypad when no warnings or error messages are present on the unit.
