The RJ Control Module deactivates itself when the flow switch is not triggered and the "no flow" LED is lit, so it will not take measurements or trigger other errors during this time, so based on your description there may be a couple possibilities. First, and importantly, please confirm ASAP that the "no flow" LED gets triggered when the water stops circulating - if this is not occurring please discontinue use until the situation is resolved. In that circumstance, if the flow switch is not deactivating the system then it continues to try and generate chlorine and taking readings, which would eventually result in a "low salt" / "cell maintenance" warning but may also cause damage to the system in the mean time. If this is occurring, it is possible that the flow switch needs to have troubleshooting and possibly replacement. The second possibility is that due to the leak you describe air is accumulating in the cell and the water flow situation is normal but a pocket of air is causing the system to read increased resistance while passing power through the cell which would trigger the "low salt" / "cell maintenance" warning; these warning will stay on the controller until it is reset.
