I have received two of these cells from a CircuPool dealer and both of them will not thread onto my CircuPool RJ60+ union collars. They will thread onto the cleaning stand. Has CircuPool changed the suppliers recently, or changed the threads on one or the other? View answer

Can I use this to bypass my CORE55 for the winter? Are the threads compatible? I would most likely need to shorten it to fit. I would rather remove the whole unit for the winter than using the cap for the unit and leaving the clear housing that may crack from freezing View answer

I tripped on my wire of the flow connector. The wire pulled out of the phone cord like clip. Can I reconnect it? or do I really have to buy a new one? My unit is a si series plis unit from over 10 years ago. On the panel ........r502 f15 if that helps. View answer
