Vlad, it sounds like you might have a SJ-Classic model; take a look at the user guide and troubleshooting guide at www.circupool.com/help or give us a call at 888-206-9938 ext:2 A salt chlorinator is designed to be on the same circuit as the pump so they turn on and off together. When the chlorine levels is low, you should have your salt chlorinator on the highest output setting, and let it and your pump run for as long as possible until enough chlorine has been added to the water. What you describe will likely also take additional water balancing and cleaning if it is full of algae; it is likely growing faster than you are killing it off with chlorine.
