CircuPool® Classic Combo (Salt Chlorinator + Pump) Q&A
Activity timeframe
This says it can produce up to 1.4 lbs of chlorine per day. Would this be assuming it is running at 100% output for 24 hours? Just trying to figure out my run time and output settings. Last year I was using about a 1/2 pound to 3/4 pound of chlorine per day before I installed this salt cell View answer

I’m thinking about changing over to a SWJ system, mainly due to issues with chlorine this year. Looking at a UL40.. 1) at 120v, how many amps does it pull? 2) does the plug in model need to be on a timer with the pump? Or is it smart enough to not work when there is no flow? 3) what are dimensions of the control box? View answer

I have a variable speed pump. The question is, when I am at the low speed I suspect the flow will not be enough for the flow switch to read so it will not produce salt. Is this correct? Will this harm the system? If I purchase this my plan is to set the pump speeds to get the chlorine level I need. Pool is 15000 gallons View answer

Hello, What is the minimum flow rate (GPM) for operation for the CircuPool Core series? I currently have a Jandy VSP pump that I run at 1200 rpms that generates 22 gpm. Would the Chlorinator work at this low flow rate? Thanks in advance for your assistance. Have a GREAT Day. Regards, Eric Brown View answer

Hello. I have an RJ-60+ which is rated at 300W, so presumably it only draws 1.36A at 220V. However, the manual also mentions the cell current ranging between 2.5 and 7.8 amps. I can also see the cell current displayed when I cycle through the menu options. For example, at 50%, it shows 5.7 amps. I'm assuming this cell current is different from the load on the circuit breaker. Can you confirm please? View answer

Hello, I have just purchased the RJ-30 Plus Salt system, and wanted to know it's power usage in Watts and Amps. Also, is it more efficient to connect it to 220v vs. 120v, and if so, how much more efficient? Whats the amperage & wattage for 220v vs. 120v connections? Thank you! View answer
