The system works equally well with either size plumbing. If you have 1 1/2in plumbing, you can just put standard reducers on the stock 2in unions that come with the system.
What are my issues using a reducer for 1 1/2 to 2 in . Suggestions CircuPool® Classic Combo (Salt Chlorinator + Pump) CORE Series
