Sorry to hear you are experiencing that. If it appears that there is no power, check the following possibilities:

System may be turned off: Press power button to turn system on, verify circulation pump is active.
There may be problem with input power, voltage, or configuration of system wiring. Have a professional test input power & ensure correct wiring configuration & connections.
Reset has tripped. Allow one hour to cool.
Other malfunction in unit or electrical damage. Contact customer support at 888-206-9938
