If you are running your pool pump 24/7 and don't have a traditional pool timer, the options for powering your CircuPool SJA Series Salt Chlorinator are:
1) Wire the control module to the pump's breaker. Note, you may have difficulty getting the right output level with one setting producing too much chlorine and the next setting not producing enough.
or
2) Attach a plug to the bare wire ends of the power cord and plug into a wall outlet. Note, this may also give you the same problem with fine-tuning the chlorine output, except that if you are plugging in to 110/120 then you can utilize an inexpensive outdoor timer.
