Leaking salt cell CircuPool SJ-A Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources SJ Series

I have replaced the o-ring and just can't stop the cell from leaking. The cell is still generating chlorine but it leaks from the cap even the center hole where the wire passes through after running a minute or so.
