Clean cell & cell life low lights on
CircuPool CORE Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources
CORE Series
I noticed no chlorine bubbles coming out of my return today, so I went and checked the unit. My unit was showing clean cell and cell life low lights on at the same time. My Cell Life Low light has been light for maybe a month or so, and it was cleaned about a month ago. I removed the cell and cleaned it with the 4:1 water:acid ratio, there was hardly any bubbling or fizzing. I put the cell back into the unit and after a short time, and no chlorine product, the same 2 lights came back on. I came back and checked it about 45 minutes later and it's producing chlorine again with the cell life low light still illuminated. Should I be looking at making a warranty claim? Unit was purchased in July of 2020, Core55 that runs at 50% power for about 10-12 hrs per day during summer. Confirmed salinity is at 3000PPM

Since your Clean Cell light turned off after cleaning the cell, you needn't worry. The system tracks your usage (like an odometer on your car) and is alerting you that based on how much you have previously run it you are entering the later stages of the typical cell lifespan. The system does this so that you can be prepared. If that situation changes, call us at your first opportunity. We can be reached weekdays at (888) 206-9938 between 9-4:30 Central.
