No flow light on CircuPool CORE Series Salt Chlorine Generators - Owner Resources CORE Series

I have an icore 35 bought a 6 years ago , my current salt cell is 2-3 years old , the no flow light is on and the usual lights are not on , looks like the unit of getting water through it, I see the white float thing kind of in center moving around , what do u recommend , should I get a new salt cell , thx
